If you wish to enter this promotion and are not currently a Member of the NCCA, you can sign up for a free trial membership or submit a 3"x5" post card with 1) Full name, 2) Mailing Address, 3) Email Address, 4) Phone Number with postage paid, mailed to NCCA Dream Gun Giveaway, 608 Jefferson Hwy, Winder, GA 30680. Each postcard submitted is equivalent to 10 entries. Only 1 postcard can be submitted per person.

Sponsor will select one (1) winner in a random drawing held on or about January 7, 2023, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. HK VP9 Pistol, approximate retail value $699 MSRP. Prize includes shipping. Winner is solely responsible for any and all costs associated with maintenance and use of the prize firearm, including but not limited to additional magazines and ammunition, FFL transfer fee, background check, and taxes. Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

All firearm transfers will be conducted in strict compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. Should you win a prize that is not lawful for sale in your state, NCCA will award a state-compliant version or an equivalent cash prize.

This promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older at the time of entry, except for residents of Rhode Island, who can legally own a gun. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, their advertising agencies, and any other entities involved in the Sweepstakes are not eligible to win. Immediate family members of such persons, including spouses, siblings, parents, and children, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related are also excluded from eligibility. If you have won a prize in any sweepstakes sponsored by the NCCA in the twelve months prior to the starting date of this Sweepstakes, you are not eligible to win a prize in this Sweepstakes. Void in Rhode Island, and where prohibited by law. Each winner must comply with state and local rules to acquire and own a firearm. 

By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and decisions of TacX and its judges. Any taxes or other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may be required to execute and return within fourteen (14) days of date printed on notification, an Affidavit or Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and any other documentation TacX reasonably requires for prize fulfillment. TacX will send form the relevant 1099 Tax form to the winner. If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be forfeited. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees that TacX accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from the acceptance, possession or usage of the prize awarded hereunder. All taxes and fees are each winner's responsibility. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By entering this promotion you agree that if you win one of the prizes, TacX can publish your first name, last initial, and state in our various media and publications. We publish this limited information to protect your identity and announce the winner.

No prize transfer is permitted prior to award. If a potential prize winner is unable to accept or receive shipment of a prize due to applicable gun laws in his or her state of residence, Sponsor will work with potential winner to find a prize of equal or greater value that is legal for the potential winner in that state, with the final prize determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Otherwise, there is no cash in lieu of prize or substitution of prize. All taxes, fees, licenses or other charges on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. As required by law, Sponsor will issue a 1099 Tax Form in the amount of the Prize to the winner at the appropriate time. Sponsor will not ship any prizes to an address outside of the United States.

By submitting an Entry, entrants grant TacX perpetual and unrestricted license to use their names and images and any submitted content, in any format, provided in connection with their sweepstakes entries in advertisements and/or promotions without further compensation. The use of personal information collected in the course of the sweepstakes shall be governed by the terms of TacX's Privacy Policy. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges (if applicable). TacX reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this sweepstakes as solely determined by TacX. In the event the sweepstakes is compromised by tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of TacX which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the sweepstakes, TacX reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes. Should the sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, TacX reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received prior to the termination date. TacX is not liable for lost, late, delayed, damaged, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

By entering the sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree that all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action. Any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred and associated with entering the sweepstakes, if any. Entrant hereby specifically waives the right to claim that any attorney’s fees be awarded and under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, any and all punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Entrant hereby waives any statutory, common law or other legal rights to make any claims for any amounts outside of actual out-of-pocket costs in entering this sweepstakes and Entrant agrees to limit its out-of-pocket costs in entering this sweepstakes to twenty-five dollars (US $25.00). TacX and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, garbled or illegible entries or email; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, typographical, printing, mechanical, electronic or network relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including without limitation, errors or malfunctions which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prize or in any sweepstakes-related materials. TacX is also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. TacX is not responsible for injury or damage to entrants’ or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the web site. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or website, or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by TacX will be disqualified. Should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in TacX sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of TacX , corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, TacX reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes and if terminated, at its direction, select the winner from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken. Entrants, by entering and participating in this sweepstakes, agree that TacX its respective parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary entities as well as the officers, directors, employees, representatives, members, shareholders and agents of each (collectively, "TacX") will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or participation in this sweepstakes. Winner, by acceptance of prize, except where legally prohibited, grants permission for TacX and its designees to use his/her name, address (city and state), photograph, voice and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, trade and promotional purposes without further compensation, in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, and on the Internet, and world wide web, in perpetuity, without notice or review or approval. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized account subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these official sweepstakes rules, or the rights and obligations of any contestant and their affiliated organization and TacX, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of laws or conflict of laws rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Georgia. In the event that any provision herein is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provisions were not contained therein and the provisions deemed unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be blue penciled as narrowly as possible in order to make the provisions valid and enforceable.

TacX will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with TacX's Terms of Use. By entering the sweepstakes, each entrant acknowledges that he or she has read and accepted TacX's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and agrees to TacX's usage of his or her personal information.
